Masaiti and Chibombo are fairly near the REM server at Ndola. Both are on busy highways. But the trucks which roll by with copper ore or cotton do not bring prosperity to the local residents. There is cell-phone coverage, but it is prohibitively expensive. The HF radios are relied upon for medical information communication. Now the communication can be private, and the reports can be transmitted immediately.
