As is Zambian custom, the youngest woman (shown typing) was the last of the staff at Luwanyama clinic to try the new REM system. She had patently watched and listened as everyone else took a turn. When her turn came (about an hour after we first arrived to install REM), she (the pharmacy clerk) intently wrote a message to the pharmacy supply company inquiring about an order she had put in 6 weeks before.
